The $59.7 million in debt and equity financiing raised by John M. Corcoran and Co. and The Brennan Group to build the 139-unit apartment development at 50 West Broadway in South Boston was arranged by Boston-based Fantini & Gorga through an unnamed pension fund, participants said.
