Motivation: Elite buyers consist of affluent families and older couples with accumulated wealth and income. With custom tastes and high-class preferences, privacy, prestige and features are important deciding factors in their home purchase.

Age/Income/Kids: This group is typically comprised of middle-aged buyers from 35-64. Elite buyers are among the wealthiest consumer groups as they are college-educated professionals who have achieved great success with an average income that typically surpasses $100,000. Buyers tend to be married and may have older children, if any, in the household.

Home Preferences/Features:
Home preference for this group is a single-family detached home, although alternative housing preferences will be considered since location as well as size are important to these buyers. These Elite buyers demand high-end finishes with many options to customize their homes. They can afford to pay for premium locations and premium features.

Hobbies/Interests/Lifestyle Traits: These buyers spend their time traveling, skiing, golfing, playing tennis and eating out. Travel for this group often includes exotic and foreign destinations. A Sunday drive in their Lexus, Audi or Porsche may include stops at Bloomingdales and Nordstrom for a little shopping. This group values convenience and takes advantage of maids and lawn care services as well as online shopping and pay-per-view movies.
