On Thursday, August 14, I will be presenting to the Cherokee Chapter of the Atlanta Home Builders Association with my friends and colleagues, Beth Marconi-Law and Don Evans of Evans and Law.

The topic is “If You Build It, Who Will Come? Applying Retail Science to New Home Sales.” We’ll show how consumer segmentation and preference information can be used to help builders and developers make better decisions about which customers to target, what product to offer, and how best to reach prospects.

I promise it’s not boring. In fact, we’ll be taking attendees through some brand new research on who’s been buying homes in the last year in Cherokee County. We are also going to share a case study in analyzing traffic and conversions to reveal insights into improving sales success.

The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. As this is an official HBA chapter event, one builder per company is free. Additional builders and all associates can attend for $25 each (in advance or $40 at the door) with all proceeds going to the HBA to cover the expense of the meeting. To register, follow this link.
