Intelligence is a bad thing to waste. From our experience, too many otherwise rational professionals make housing related decisions by gut feel due to lack of information. That’s why our tag line is “Don’t just guess.”

In order to increase our exposure and help out local chambers of commerce and home building associations, we’ve elected to make a basic report on key housing metrics available for free. You can find them in our aptly titled “Free Reports” under Intelligence on our main site navigation.

We can’t give away everything, but this simple summary report offers quite a lot.

Each free report has a national page and a local page. On the national page, we cover 2006 to present by month on the following metrics:
• Annualized Real GDP Growth
• Unemployment
• Interest Rates
• New and Existing Home Sales
• Single Family Permits
• Median Existing Home Price

On the local page, we cover 2006 to present by month on the following metrics:
• Total Households
• Total Employment
• Unemployment
• Total Permits
• Median Existing Home Price
• Affordability

Unlike our monthly enhanced reports available to subscribers, the Free Reports are only updated quarterly. So starting with the June edition, we’ll update the Free Reports at the end of each quarter.

If you like our free reports, you’ll love our economical enhanced reports as they offer much more coverage of national and local economic, demographic and property statistics as well as special ratios and forecasts. Subscribe today for the best market coverage available.
