In addition to our monthly Market and Market Forecast reports, all subscribers with a local or national subscription can download our Total Permit Equilibrium report. This report will show expected and actual total permits, single-family and multi-family permits, and a market equilibrium measure for your selected MSA. All National subscribers can enjoy the Total Permit Equilibrium report as well as our new Housing Prospects Index.
