Where there were once dilapidated houses sit new rehabs filled with young people, their dogs and even kids. Patterson Park, the city’s so-called “backyard” hasn’t looked better in decades. And an upscale tapas restaurant now resides in what was once a vacant pharmacy on the northeast corner of the park.
