| How do I cancel my subscription? |

You can cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request using the Member Services form in the Contact Us section of the site. However, cancellation of the Service prior to end of the pre-paid month or year will not take effect until the end of that term and you will not receive a refund. During that time you will continue to have access to the Service until the conclusion of that particular term of your subscription. For example, if you have a monthly subscription and you cancel ten (10) days after your credit card has been billed for the Service for a particular month, you will continue to have access to the Service for the remaining twenty (20) days of the term and the cancellation will only be effective at the end of the term. All cancellation requests must be received two full business days before the end of subscription period in order to avoid being billed for the next period. |
