Why would my subscription be terminated? |
If (a) your credit card is invalid for any reason, (b) you attempt to charge back to your credit card the fees due, (c) it appears you have engaged in manipulation of the Service, or (d) BlueSmoke otherwise believes you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Service, your subscription account will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it will immediately become inaccessible. BlueSmoke may, but has no duty to, immediately terminate a subscription if BlueSmoke in its sole discretion concludes that you have provided false information. BlueSmoke accepts no liability for information that is deleted due to termination.
Access to HousingIntelligence enhanced and premium reports and data is reserved for paid subscribers only and is not transferable. Accounts of subscribers who share their user name and password or redistribute reports or data without permission will be cancelled without refund. |
